**MAV**
If I were to list a few fellow bloggers/artists who have inspired me and shaped the way I think and look at things, Maria will certainly be at the top of the list. I'm pretty sure you've heard the news about her lovely blog. I will miss her amazing space but I am sure her journey doesn't end here.
Thanks for the inspiration MAV!

The colors of Bangkok ..on film
Scenery Resort
I've moved back to Bangkok about a week ago. I love the city but I find myself looking forward to getting out of town.
This resort in Ratchaburi (about 2 hours from Bangkok) just got me.

Riya
I have a thing for pastel colors, especially when they come in small and adorable pieces like those above.
My colleague's sister owns this wonderful shop and she has such a sweet collection of cupcakes, wedding cakes, favors, and many more.

Delicious Design League
Delicious Design League also makes such cool posters.
This one is my favorite..pretty icons and muted colors...I'm simply smitten.
I'm thinking screen printing, I'm thinking Jason Munn
Given my deep deep love for screen printing. I think I am very likely to make a screen printed wedding invites.
But who knows, letterpress is so tempting too.
I am looking beyond the wedding invitation category for an inspiration. I love these simple icons on Jason Munn's posters.
I think he's amazing.

Something exciting
My boyfriend and I got engaged last week. Just the day before we left for Japan.
Our Japan trip was a blast and I will post about it very soon, but now I have so many things to be excited about
-The theme of our wedding
-The venue
-The dress!
-The invitations!!!
-The favors and gifts
_The cake!
It feels good to be a bride-to-be :) I especially can't stop thinking about the invitations!! I will share my obsession on this space in the coming months.

The ones we love
There's so much love involved in this amazing project.
This is what happens when you take photos of people who mean the most to you.
Love and emotion really did shine through.

Little things
Little things, especially round things like polka dots always make me happy.
There is something calming about their round shapes.
And when it comes to polka dots, no one does it better than Lisa Stickley
Her random placement of these dots seem just right to me.
Happy monday to you!!

INTERVIEW: Montmarte's Sketchbook
8 more days before my trip....
I am so excited to share with you this little interview I had with this stylish lady. Renee's famous blog is an amazing space that stores an extensive collection of fashion, prints and patterns and photography that catch her eyes. I love her ethnic style and color choices and have been a long-time fan of her blog. When I found out that she just went to Japan recently, I knew I needed to snatch her for a little interview. So here I bring you a brief Tokyo city guide in Renee's very own version.

Cocca and an upcoming interview
You probably could tell from my previous posts that I am quite a fabric addict.
I am on a constant hunt for great patterns and fabrics and this store has just been added to my current faves. Check out their furniture section too!
P/S Talking about pattern and fabric, Renee from Montmarte's Sketchbook has been one of the talented bloggers who inspired me to start this blog. She definitely has an eye for great pattern and design. I have a fun interview with her about her recent visit to Japan coming up tomorrow!
